PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2026

Your designs.
Your choices.

This policy covers the POPUP/TEES creative preview at popup-tees.com. You can create, save, share and join early access. Purchases, preorders and edition reservations are not open.

Accounts and Google sign-in

Clerk handles sign-in and account security. We use your account ID and verified email to connect you to your saved work, manage access and record your email preferences. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier with our authentication provider. We use that information to create and authenticate your account and display your profile. We request only basic identity permissions, not access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar.

Google account information is not used to train AI models or sold to advertisers. You can disconnect Google access through your Google Account connections. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete designs stored with POPUP/TEES.

Private saves and public sharing

When you save a look, we store its artwork, editable settings, preview image when available, creation date and account ownership. Private saves require your account to retrieve them; they do not appear in the community automatically. Authorized administrators can access records when needed to operate the service or help resolve a problem.

Creating a share link makes that version accessible to anyone with the link. Submitting to the community sends it for review; approved submissions can appear publicly with the creator name, title and description you provide. We store reactions, moderation history and any inspiration attribution. You can withdraw eligible shares from your community library. Copies already downloaded or posted elsewhere are outside our control.

Email preferences

Saving a design or watching a drop does not subscribe you to marketing. Email updates require a separate opt-in tied to a verified email address. We record the preference, consent date and any withdrawal. Change your choice in Early access & email preferences. Resend is our configured email delivery provider; automatic newsletters and reminders are not active in this preview. Authentication emails are handled by Clerk.

Cookies and activity

Authentication uses cookies and related browser storage to keep you signed in and protect your account. Campaign links may set a first-party cookie for up to seven days containing the campaign source and creative labels. Our activity reporting counts signed-in visits, saves, shares, submissions and email opt-ins using an identifier derived from the account ID that changes daily. It does not include artwork contents or email addresses. The dashboard shows a 30-day reporting window; that is not an automatic deletion schedule.

PostHog measures public page visits, starting customization, and completed saves, shares, community submissions, watched drops and email opt-ins. A random identifier in browser session storage groups activity within that tab; it is not linked to your account identity. Only approved page paths and campaign labels are sent, with private design links normalized and query strings excluded. We do not send artwork, entered text, email addresses or account IDs. IP-based enrichment is disabled; PostHog still receives network requests as the analytics provider.

We skip this campaign capture and activity reporting when your browser sends Do Not Track. The preview does not run advertising pixels or session replay. Our hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

Service providers and storage

Vercel hosts the website and stores design and community records; Clerk manages authentication; Resend supports email delivery when enabled; PostHog processes the limited activity analytics described above. These providers process data needed for their services and may process it outside your country. We do not currently send customer designs to Shopify or PODPARTNER for manufacturing because checkout is disabled.

Access, correction and deletion

You can reopen and download saved designs in My Studio, update available account settings and withdraw email consent. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact jkinney@flip-tech.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Account deletion in the sign-in provider does not automatically erase separately stored design or community records; contact us to request removal of those records too.

We retain account-linked records to provide the preview and maintain sharing, consent and moderation history until they are removed through the available controls or a verified request. Limited records may need to remain for security, resolving disputes or legal obligations. Removing a public share does not remove copies other people have saved.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when the service or its data practices change. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to jkinney@flip-tech.com.
